Looking to rent P’tit DDC! for a private event? Are you an event promoter looking for a venue for your next event?

RENTAL POLICY

The rental fee is $450 + applicable taxes for a maximum rental period of 8 hours. If your event exceeds this duration, an additional fee of $40 + applicable taxes per extra hour will apply.

A minimum of 40 guests is required to rent the venue. If fewer than 40 guests attend, an additional charge of $20 + applicable taxes per missing guest will be added to the final invoice.

Access to the venue is available up to 2 hours before the start of the rental period to allow time for event setup and preparation.

Please note that minors (under 18 years of age) are permitted until 10:00 p.m. for private events. Unfortunately, minors are not permitted at events that are open to the public.

The rental fee includes:

Access to the venue
Service staff
Access to a tablet for music playback
Bar service

The following are not included in the base rental fee:

Food service
Additional tables and chairs
Sound system and lighting equipment
Microphones
Sound technician
Alcoholic beverages and other drinks
Gratuities
Security personnel (door staff)
Any other additional equipment or services
