Zwanze Day, Brasserie Cantillon’s mythical yearly event, is back! This Saturday April 20th, starting at 1pm at our Montreal brewpub. All details are below. Looking very forward to celebrating this wonderful event with everyone. Santeï!
1pm – Pub opens with our usual tap selection of classic and eclectic brews as well as four Cantillon beers which will be offered in 5oz pours for $12.
Upon arrival, you will be able to pre-order your 5oz pour of Zwanze for the 3pm service, in time with the rest of the globe! We are very privileged to have two kegs of Zwanze this year, so there is more than enough for all.
Cantillon selection available as of 1pm:
1-Magic Lambic
Blend of lambic with 80% raspberries, 20% blueberries, and Madagascar vanilla – 5.5%
2-Sang Bleu
Experimental lambic with Quebec haskap berries – 6%
3-Gueuze Bio
Blend of different aged lambics brewed with organic ingredients – 5.5%
4-Rosée de Gambrinus
Blend of lambics and raspberries (200g per liter!) – 5%
Service of Zwanze at 3pm sharp
In exchange for your pre-ordered coupon, the service staff will distribute Zwanze to all those awaiting this year’s promising edition. Should there by enough left over after the 3pm service, it will likely be possible to order another glass, quantities permitting. Usual formats and pricing for our own drafts, with all Cantillon beers being served in 5oz pours at $12 each.
