This white head blonde offers aromas of herbaceous hops and baguette bread. Hops and malts express themselves with elegance and balance. The green and bitter-oriented finish cleanses the palate and calls for the next sip.
The Kellerbier style (“cellar beer” in German), comes from Franconia in Germany and refers to its brewing process rather than to specific flavours. This unfiltered bottom fermentation beer used to mature for a long time in oak barrels in the natural cold of the cellars.
These traditional beers are still popular in Franconia where they can be enjoyed seated at long tables right in front of the keller.
