Glossary

Here is the glossary of all beers brewed by Dieu Du Ciel! Some of brewed regularly, others more rarely. We love creating new recipes, and a visit to our Montreal brewpub is a visit to the birthplace of all our products.

Great Classics

Solstice d’Été Framboise

Raspberries Sour Wheat Beer

5,9% alc./vol.

Description

The dominant sourness of Solstice d’été is a result of letting the un-boiled mash do its thing for a few days. The interesting sour character this develops is further complemented by the addition of a heaping pile of whole fruit shortly thereafter. The result is an incredibly refreshing sour ale where the fruit is allowed to carry through without restraint.

This beer was first crafted at our Montreal brewpub in June of 1999.
