Last January, at our Montreal branch, we had a visit from Calum Hill of the excellent Ontario brewery Sonnen Hill for a wonderful collaboration.
The result of this brewing session is a 5% spelt lager with a cristalline blonde colour, dry and very light, where powerful cereal notes dominate. A highly drinkable beer!
